Anderson Union High School

Students at Anderson Union High School are encouraged to participate in school-sponsored athletics. As a student athlete, you are expected to have a commitment to the sport, the team and the school. You are expected to attend and work hard at practices. You are expected to maintain eligibility and a positive attitude. 

 

To participate in school sponsored sports, students must meet the following criteria:

 

 

Once a student returns a completed athletic packet (signed pages & physical) AND cleared, they will be granted a gold card which allows them to practice. Athletic packets are available in the student store.

 

 Interscholastic athletic competition should demonstrate high standards of ethics and sportsmanship and promote the development of good character and other important life skills.  The highest potential of sports is achieved when participants are committed to pursuing victory with honor according to six core principles:  trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and good citizenship (the "Six Pillars of Charactersm").  This Code applies to all student-athletes involved in interscholastic sports in California. 

 

 

CIF has set up a Gofan for all CIF playoff games.
